“This Kitchari Cleanse is unique because it teaches self-care. We aren’t just powdering shakes into our bodies all day. We are cooking and nourishing ourselves, learning tools and techniques for detox that work because they are time-tested traditional remedies. They promote time for self-care.”

Dr. Sarah Fields, L.Ac of Traditional Chinese Medicine, has been an Ayurvedic yoga therapist for over 15 years and a detox specialist who has been leading people through this 21-day process for nearly 10 years and has seen remarkable results. Fertility, Weight Loss, metabolic disorder stabilization, better sleep, and increased energy are just a few. Sarah grew up trying all the fad diets and knows they are short-lived, so she created a program based on ancient philosophy combined with modern detoxification supplementation.

Sarah knows life is full of trauma and hardship. Because she has spent time in disaster relief efforts around the world, she is considered a top five “Agent of Change” by the Huffington Post, next to Darryl Hannah. Trauma and PTSD can have a huge impact on our nervous, digestive, and endocrine systems, affecting our weight and mental state. Your nervous system will relax knowing your body will be fed well with a schedule to follow. This cleanse is designed to ground and nourish your nerves and stabilize the mind.

Sarah holds numerous certifications in Detox protocols for GI health/weight loss and continues to study the latest in hard-to-treat diseases.

Before joining the Chinese Medicine Community, Sarah received her BS degree in Nutrition and Psychology at the University of Arizona, where she created undergrad clubs in Integrative Medicine overseen by Dr Andrew Weil.
